On July 21 at 10:00 am ET, partner Gillian Emmett Moldowan and associate Jai Garg (both New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) joined Aneta Waberska, Head of Compliance at Ocrolus, for a webinar titled “Rethinking the Workplace: Designing Return to Work Plans.” The webinar was the first installment of Shearman & Sterling’s new FinTech Salon Series: Digital Edition 2020, and highlighted considerations and pitfalls when designing return-to-work plans for FinTechs and early-stage companies and discussed how companies can balance the wellbeing of employees with business operations.

The webinar also touched on the role of remote working going forward, what kind of flexibility employees can expect from their employers and legal and compliance challenges that should be considered when designing return-to-work plans.
