Shearman & Sterling was proud to host the Venture Fellows from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas for our annual Series A Term Sheet Mock Negotiation, which took place on October 21.

Each semester, we are joined by venture capitalists, executives and clients who serve as coaches and mentors to small teams of McCombs students, as they navigate a Series A term sheet in a mock negotiation.

The Venture Fellows program offers select MBA students the opportunity to work with venture capital and private equity funds as part of their curriculum.
