Kris Ferranti (New York-Real Estate) participated as a panelist at a live CLE webinar presentation titled “Fractional Ownership of NFTs and Blockchain in Real Estate Transactions: Key Legal and Regulatory Considerations” on August 30, 2021.  The program, was co-sponsored by myLawCLE and The Federal Bar Association, and included speakers Thomas Mack, principal at Mack Legal PLLC, and Richard Widman, Product Counsel at Google.  The panelists discussed blockchain as a use case for commercial real estate, crypto commercial real estate structures, the commercial real estate tokenization process, and other key legal regulatory considerations.
