Adam Hakki (New York-Litigation), the Firm’s Global Managing Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice and Disputes Unit, and partner Lyle Roberts (Washington D.C.-Litigation) participated in Practising Law Institute’s Securities Litigation 2022: From Investigation to Trial program on March 28, 2022. This event was designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers.

Lyle was a Co-Chair of the program and provided opening remarks. He also moderated three panels titled, “Securities Litigation: The Investigation: Coordinating Requests From Government Regulators,” “Prosecuting and Defending the Civil Action: Class Certification, Fact Discovery, Experts and Summary Judgment Motions in Securities Litigation,” and “Securities Litigation: Trial of the Civil Action.” Adam participated as a speaker on the panel titled, “Securities Litigation: The Investigation: Coordinating Requests From Government Regulators.”
