Partner Elvira Aliende Rodriguez (Brussels-Antitrust) spoke at the GCR Live Women in Antitrust conference organized by Global Competition Review in Washington, DC on November 9, 2022.

Elvira moderated the panel “Application and Implications of the Digital Markets Act” and the panelists were Claire Chunying Xie (NERA Economic Consulting) and Barbara Blank (Meta). The panel discussed self-preferencing, fairness and contestability and the global impact this new provision along with other new developments.
