Yukos Arbitral Award Press Conference

A video replay is available of the July 28 press conference held at Shearman & Sterling’s London office, announcing the historic arbitral award rendered by an Arbitral Tribunal sitting in The Hague under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), ordering the Russian Federation to pay damages in excess of USD 50 billion to the majority shareholders of Yukos Oil Company.
