Shearman & Sterling advised Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent, on a $650 million unsecured revolving credit facility and a $500 million delayed draw term loan facility for Autodesk, Inc. The proceeds of the term loan facility were made available to fund the acquisition of PlanGrid, Inc., a company that provides a cloud-based construction document collaboration platforms. The proceeds of the revolving credit facility may be used for general corporate purposes.
