Shearman & Sterling advised EQT Credit, SEB and Hamburg Commercial Bank on a €331 million unitranche financing for Alanta Health Group, a portfolio company of IK Investment Partners.

In addition to refinancing the company’s existing debt, the financing will also enable further organic growth.

Alanta Health Group is one of the largest certified compounders for patient-individualized infusions applied mainly in oncology treatment in Germany.
