Shearman & Sterling partner Kris Ferranti has been named as a "Rising Star in Real Estate” by Crain’s New York Business.

Crain’s 2020 Rising Stars in Real Estate is intended to highlight the true drivers of New York’s real estate engine and honor individuals whose grit and ingenuity power the region’s progress and the industry’s growth. Honorees are recognized for their knowledge, skills, integrity, accomplishments and contributions to their profession and to the community. This is the second year in a row that Kris has received this honor.
