Bunge Limited and Bunge Limited Finance Corp.’s $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised Bunge Limited and Bunge Limited Finance Corp. (BLFC) in connection with BLFC’s issuance and sale of $600 million 1.630 percent senior notes due 2025. The notes are guaranteed by Bunge Limited.

Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering of senior notes. Bunge Limited intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of certain short-term indebtedness.
