Shearman & Sterling advised LANDWEHR Group (LANDWEHR), a HR-Software provider majority-owned by LEA Partners, on the financing of the merger with prosoft. Together they will form the clear market leader in HCM software for temporary staffing companies in Germany.

LANDWEHR Group is a leading provider of a special industry software for personnel service agencies as well as building and event service providers. Landwehr has been active in the market since 1994 and has been growing steadily since then. The newly formed group has more than 3,300 customers and around 330 employees at four locations in Germany.
