Shearman & Sterling represented Ardagh in connection with the successful completion of its consent solicitation for its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2027. The amendments were principally to align the covenants under the Notes with Ardagh's other outstanding debt securities and also included an extension of the call protection provisions by one year.
