Shearman & Sterling advised Silverfleet Capital on the financing of the acquisition of ec4u and BULPROS by way of a unitranche which was provided by Ares. ec4u and BULPROS are joining forces, backed by a majority investment of Silverfleet Capital, to deliver next generation digital cloud experience to enterprises.

BULPROS, headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria and ec4u, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany have been collaborating since 2018 as partners in the field of digital cloud solutions. The company founders and existing management teams of both companies will remain as large shareholders and continue to operate the merged company. The combined platform has more than 1,400 employees across 25 offices in 11 countries.
