Shearman & Sterling advised Cloudflight Group on corporate and tax issues in the structuring of three add-on transactions, including the acquisition of all shares of the German company Cognostics GmbH, the acquisition of all shares of the German company macio GmbH, and the acquisition of all shares of the Polish company Divante S.A.

Cloudflight Group is one of the portfolio investments of DBAG Fund VII, which is advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), and is specialized in digitalization and cloud transformation. With these three add-on transactions, Cloudflight expands its portfolio in digitalization, human machine interface, IIoT, e-commerce and AI-based software solutions.
