Shearman & Sterling advised Investcorp Europe Acquisition Corp I, a special-purpose acquisition company, on its initial public offering of 34.5 million units at an offering price of $10.00 per unit, each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.

Investcorp Europe Acquisition Corp I is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets. The company’s objective is to capitalize on the experience and ability of its team to focus on opportunities in Western Europe, including the United Kingdom, or Northern Europe, and, opportunistically, in Turkey and businesses focusing on business services, consumer and lifestyle, niche manufacturing and technology.
