Shearman & Sterling advised Trill Impact on the financing of a majority stake in karriere tutor GmbH (karriere tutor), a leading digital training company.

karriere tutor was founded in 2015 and has since become the leading digital provider of supported further education in Germany. With a combination of digital courses, individual online support and intensive career counselling, the company has already helped 15,000 graduates for a successful professional future and supported them in reintegrating into the labour market. Together with founder Oliver Herbig, Trill Impact wants to further expand the digital education offer.
