Shearman & Sterling was recognized with three deal of the year awards at the IFLR Americas 2022 awards ceremony, which took place at Essex House in New York City on May 19, 2022. The firm also won in the Debt and Equity-linked Team of the Year category. IFLR’s Americas Awards 2022 recognizes the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2021.

Private Equity: IG4 Capital / Aenza
