Shearman & Sterling represented AEye in connection with its issuance of senior unsecured convertible notes for an aggregate principal amount of $10.5 million to a certain institutional investor in a private placement. AEye may, at its option, issue an additional aggregate principal amount of $10.5 million if certain financing conditions are met.
