Shearman & Sterling advised a large UK investment bank, Goldman Sachs International, and HSBC Bank plc as Arrangers, on an incremental upsize amendment to Aggreko’s existing senior secured term loan B facility, agented by GLAS USA LLC. The incremental financing, which included a $300 million USD add-on facility and a €300 million EUR add-on facility, will be used to refinance existing indebtedness, including indebtedness incurred to finance the acquisition of Resolute Parent, LLC, and for general corporate purposes.
