Abdul Althebaity an associate in the Litigation practice in the Austin Office. He is a registered patent attorney with a technical background in chemical engineering. Abdul focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has represented clients in various federal courts and in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
