• Nord/LB on the project financing (including ECA coverage) of the 307 MW Hästkullen wind farm and the 167 MW Björnlandhöjden wind farm, together one of Europe’s largest onshore wind clusters*
• The lenders on the financing of a solar plant in Taiwan. Awarded “Renewable Energy Deal of the Year – Solar” by The Asset Triple A Infrastructure Awards 2020*
• Advising various bidders in relation to the acquisition of interests in certain UK offshore windfarms*
• A consortium of lenders comprising SMBC, Helaba and Natwest, on the £243 million refinancing of a 351 MW portfolio of 28 operating solar PV assets in England and Wales, owned by Foresight Group*
• Institutional investors on a £1.3 billion investment-grade bond in relation to the acquisition by Danish pension funds PKA and PFA of a 50% stake in 659 MW Walney Extension offshore wind farm from Ørsted. The deal was valued at £2 billion, of which £1.3billion was funded through the issuance of the bond. Awarded “European Renewables Deal of the Year” by PFI Awards 2017*
• Sequoia Investment Management on the project financing of a solar portfolio located in Poland. This transaction was the first large project financing under the newly implemented auction support system in Central Eastern Europe*
• TotalEnergies Renewables on the non-recourse financing of a portfolio of solar projects in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia*
• TotalEnergies Renewables in relation to the divestment of equity interests in the SEA solar business and the establishment of a JV platform with ENEOS for the development of decentralized solar assets in SEA*
• TotalEnergies Renewables in relation to the equity arrangements and the project financing of the Yunlin offshore wind farm*
• Anglo American Marketing Limited (Singapore) on a number of investments and financings in relation to iron ore mines (As secondee)*
