Joe Granzotto is an associate in the Litigation and Antitrust practices. His practices focus on complex civil litigation matters, including antitrust class actions, M&A-related litigation, and individual representations in both federal and state courts. Joe has represented various financial institutions and multinational corporations in civil and criminal matters, including matters led by the Department of Justice, various U.S. Attorney’s Offices, the SEC, and FINRA. Joe has also represented clients in internal and government investigations. Joe maintains a pro bono practice focused on providing legal assistance to veterans.

Joe currently serves as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve. Joe was the Distinguished Graduate at the 218th Army Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course, finishing first overall in his class.
