Jackson Murley is an associate in the Project Development & Finance practice.
Jackson’s practice focuses on complex financings, projects and acquisition matters in the infrastructure and energy sectors across the U.S., in Latin America and internationally. Jackson advises a diverse body of clients, including borrowers, sponsors and lenders comprised of corporations, insurance companies, funds, commercial and development banks, other financial institutions and public institutions such as the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, on a wide range of transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors (including energy generation and transmission, transportation, water and telecommunications). Jackson has significant experience advising on public-private partnership (P3) transactions. From 2021 to 2022, Jackson was a secondee at Star America Infrastructure Partners and Tikehau Capital, as part of which he worked on a variety of transactions and other matters across Star America’s investment pipeline and portfolio. Clients trust Jackson to advocate and help them optimize the best structures for their financings, projects and acquisitions.
In addition, Jackson co-chaired the Firm’s Sterling Pride group, an associate-run inclusion network that works with the firm to provide leadership and foster an inclusive, respectful environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) colleagues.
