Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli is a partner in the Project Development & Finance practice and Head of the Singapore office. Jean-Louis has extensive experience advising both sponsors and lenders (including DFIs and ECAs) on all development and financing aspects of power (including thermal and renewable), oil & gas and infrastructure transactions worldwide. Most recently he has focused on a number of LNG to power and renewable energy transactions. He is also part of the firm’s cross-practice hydrogen industry legal team.
