Haley Schwab is an associate in the Capital Markets practice. She represents public and private companies, investment banks and sponsors in corporate and finance matters, including securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions, corporate governance and public company reporting and compliance.

Haley also frequently works with our pro bono practice and recently assisted Amicus and the Public International Law & Policy Group.
