The discussion revolved around making it easier for companies to have a U.K. domicile and how when it comes to implementing Basel rules on bank capital, the City has a role in managing eurozone risk, which may be exacerbated by foot-dragging over capital requirements. Audit and governance regulation and potential contagion from China’s Evergrande crisis are also on the agenda.
