Partners Alain Dermarkar (New York-Mergers & Acquisitions) and Michael Steinberg (New York-Finance) have co-authored a chapter titled “Looking Back at the Year in SPACs” in this year’s International Comparative Legal Guide to Lending & Secured Finance Laws and Regulations (ICLG).
