Shearman & Sterling Advises on $350 Million Credit Facility for B2Gold Corp.

Shearman & Sterling advised HSBC Securities (USA), Inc., as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner, and The Bank of Nova Scotia, Société Générale and ING Bank N.V., as mandated lead arrangers, in connection with a $350 million senior secured revolving credit facility for B2Gold Corp., with collateral being taken in multiple jurisdictions.
