Shearman & Sterling Advises on COFIDE’s Senior and Subordinated Notes Offerings

Shearman & Sterling represented Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo S.A.—COFIDE in connection with its 144A/Regulation S offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.250% Notes Due 2019 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes Due 2029.

COFIDE is a state-owned development bank in Peru.
