LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc. and BBVA S.A. as the initial purchasers in connection with an initial public offering of 231,150,000 ordinary shares (including the exercise of the overallotment option) by Elementia, S.A.B. de C.V. The dual international and Mexican offerings raised Ps.$3,929,550,000, and the shares have been listed on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (the Mexican Stock Exchange) under the listing ELEMENT.
Elementia is a leading Latin American manufacturer and distributor of products and solutions for the construction materials industry.
