Shearman & Sterling Advises Electronic Arts on Offering of Senior Notes

Shearman & Sterling represented Electronic Arts Inc., a leading developer, marketer, publisher and distributor of game software and content, in connection with a public offering of $600,000,000 principal amount of  3.700%  senior notes due 2021 and $400,000,000 principal amount of 4.800% senior notes due 2026. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers.
