Shearman & Sterling Represents Underwriters in $1.5 Billion Notes Offering by eBay

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with eBay Inc.’s registered offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of notes, comprised of $750 million of 2.500% notes due 2018 and $750 million of 3.800% notes due 2022. eBay is a global commerce leader whose various e-commerce platforms connect buyers and sellers worldwide.
