Shearman & Sterling Advises on $250 Million in Credit Facilities for Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta

Shearman & Sterling represented HSBC Bank, USA, N.A. and BBVA Bancomer, as joint lead arrangers, in connection with $250 million in senior unsecured credit facilities for Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta (BMV:Vesta), the owner and operator of a large portfolio of industrial properties and distribution centers throughout Mexico. The company designs and constructs tailor-made parks across various industries, undertakes build-to-suit projects, and provides site selection, asset management, and design and engineering services. Vesta has multinational clients focused in industries including aerospace, automotive, food and beverage, logistics, medical devices and plastics.
