The notes pay interest at a rate of 8% per annum due 2025. CB Escrow Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell. The offering of the notes is part of the financing of the cash portion of the merger consideration for the acquisition of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco by Cincinnati Bell.
