Shearman & Sterling represented Intercorp Financial Services in connection with its $300 million offering of 4.125% Senior Notes due 2027. Intercorp Financial Services is a leading provider of financial products and services in Peru through its main subsidiaries Interbank, Interseguro and Inteligo. The proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of Sura Seguros in Peru and for general corporate purposes. BofA Merrill Lynch, Interbank and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers in the transaction.
