Ford Motor Credit Company’s €1.25 Billion and £600 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters in connection with Ford Motor Credit Company’s offering of €1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of euro-denominated euro medium-term notes and £600 million aggregate principal amount of pound-denominated euro medium-term notes.

Barclays Bank, BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, Lloyds Bank, Commerzbank and Crédit Agricole CIB acted as the underwriters.

Ford Motor Credit Company is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, one of the world’s largest producers of cars and trucks.  Ford Credit offers a wide variety of automotive financing products to and through automotive dealers throughout the world.  The predominant share of Ford Credit’s business consists of financing Ford and Lincoln vehicles and supporting Ford’s dealers.
