Dan Feldman is a partner in the energy and infrastructure team and is based in the Middle East.
He focuses on oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), green energy (including renewables and hydrogen), power and infrastructure megaprojects around the world.
Dan represents corporate, government and institutional clients including ADNOC, PETRONAS, Reliance Industries Limited, Emirates Global Aluminium, NEOM, TAQA, EWEC, Amaala, JBIC and The Dow Chemical Company.

Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals
- ADNOC on a on a $10 billion greenfield petrochemicals project in India
- ADNOC on the $80 billion greenfield Ratnagiri integrated refining and petrochemicals project in India
- ADNOC on a greenfield crude-oil-to-chemicals project in Indonesia
- PETRONAS in relation to its $28 billion RAPID integrated refinery and petrochemicals project in Pengerang, Malaysia, including the $7 billion acquisition of an interest by Saudi Aramco in parts of the project
- The Dow Chemical Company in relation to the joint venture, feedstock, marketing and other core commercial arrangements for the $20 billion Sadara Integrated Refinery project carried out with Saudi Aramco in Jubail, Saudi Arabia
- Indorama Public Ventures, the world’s largest polyester producer, on the $3.5 billion Tacaamol greenfield petrochemicals project in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- The Dow Chemical Company on its $150 million joint venture with Al Hejailan to establish a downstream petrochemicals facility in Saudi Arabia
