Shearman & Sterling received 59 recommendations in the 2023 edition of Legalease’s The Legal 500 EMEA, including 23 practice rankings and 36 individual recognitions.

The Legal 500 editors named two Shearman & Sterling partners to its Hall of Fame, Hervé Letréguilly and Niels Dejean whose practice areas include Capital Markets and Tax. The Hall of Fame recognizes lawyers who are widely regarded as being at the very top of the profession and have been ranked as “Leading Individuals” by The Legal 500 for at least eight of the last ten years. In addition, Jennifer Younan and Tobia Croff were recognized as Leading Lawyers.

The Legal 500 benchmarks the strengths of law firms in more than 150 jurisdictions based on feedback from over 300,000 clients worldwide.
