Creighton Condon is the Senior Partner Emeritus of Shearman & Sterling and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He previously served as the European Managing Partner and co-head of the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
He advises clients on transformational mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and counsels boards of directors on corporate governance matters related to change-of-control transactions, shareholder activism and complex structural issues.
