Bank of Montreal’s US$850 Million Subordinated Notes Offering

LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Desjardins Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., as co-managers, in connection with Bank of Montreal’s registered public offering of US$850 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.338% subordinated notes due 2028 (Non-Viability Contingent Capital (NVCC)).
