Ryan Robski is a partner in the Capital Markets practice. 

Ryan regularly advises issuer and investment bank clients on a broad range of capital markets matters with a particular expertise in cross-border transactions and the multijurisdictional disclosure system (MJDS). He has extensive experience advising on registered and unregistered securities offerings for U.S., Canadian and international issuers, including domestic and cross-border IPOs, follow-on offerings, and investment grade and high- yield debt transactions, and regularly represents syndicates of investment banks in connection with several registered and unregistered U.S. and global medium-term note programs. He also has experience advising on acquisition financing, liability management, corporate governance, securities law and stock exchange listing compliance and general corporate matters.

Ryan works with companies in a broad range of industries, including financial services, mining & metals, energy, technology, media & telecommunications (TMT) and industrials.
