London partner Caroline Leeds Ruby and counsel Michael Steinberg published an article, titled "Intercreditor agreements—spot the difference,” in the February issue of the International Financial Law Review.

The article looks at the differences between how US and English law intercreditor agreements deal with the parties involved. The article goes on to discuss emerging trends in the market.
