New York Litigation partner Daniel Laguardia, chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Securities Litigation’s Fraud-on-the-Market Subcommittee, led a multi-firm team in drafting a report detailing the likely impact of the upcoming United States Supreme Court decision in Halliburton Co. and David Lesar v. Erica P. John Fund on securities class action litigation.
