Shearman & Sterling’s Capital Markets and M&A partners have once again co-authored chapters in Global Legal Insights latest edition of ‘Initial Public Offerings’ focusing on the UK, USA, France and Italy. Initial Public Offerings covers common issues in initial public offerings, including: the IPO process, regulatory architecture, public company responsibilities, potential risks, liabilities and pitfalls in 16 jurisdictions.
Partners Pawel Szaja, Maegan Morrison and counsel Michael Scargill co-authored the chapter on the United Kingdom. Partners Ilir Mujalovic, Harald Halbhuber and associate Ekaterina Bogdanov co-authored the chapter on going public in the USA.
