Shearman & Sterling Capital Markets Of Counsel Antonia Stolper and Project Development & Finance Partner Robert O’Leary have edited The Guide to Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance published by Latin Lawyer and the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association.
