  • A major financial institution in an internal investigation relating to a regulatory inquiry of a foreign subsidiary
  • Citigroup, Inc. in a civil action relating to foreign exchange derivatives
  • A public technology company in an SEC accounting investigation
  • The underwriters of a preferred offering in a federal securities litigation
  • The CFO of a public agricultural company in an SEC securities litigation
  • Bell, Textron Inc., as a third party in criminal actions in the District of Puerto Rico
  • A public technology company in an FCPA investigation
  • The founders of a cryptocurrency company in a securities class action
  • A private-equity backed technology company in a Delaware Chancery Court litigation
  • A major financial institution in an SEC investigation relating to options trading

Daniel also maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in a variety of family court matters. During law school, Daniel interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, and served as an extern to Chief Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
