Counsel Angie Bible (Singapore – Project Development & Finance) participated as a panelist at the Association of International Energy Negotiators’ (AIEN) Asia Chapter Conference “CCUS in the APAC Energy Industry” on January 25, 2024 in Singapore.

Angie spoke on the panel “Legal Risks Associated with Inadequate Regulatory Structures” which discussed the legal challenges associated with gaps created by incomplete regulations and inconsistent frameworks across the Asia Pacific, cross-border considerations and workable solutions.

The conference focused on CCS/CCUS issues that are relevant for the energy industry in the Asia Pacific region and featured a diverse group of highly experienced and knowledge industry professionals.
