Mallory Brennan (Houston), and Emily Westridge Black (Austin) and Litigation associate Danni Vorbrodt (Dallas) participated in the 2024 University of Texas School of Law Symposium: The ESG Legal Landscape, hosted by The Review of Litigation. The symposium was held in the Eidman Courtroom at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.

Mallory, Emily and Danni gave a presentation entitled “The Evolving Landscape of ESG Litigation,” which is based on a note they authored for The Review and which provides an overview of recent developments and trends in environmental, social, and corporate governance-related regulation and litigation.
