Shearman & Sterling LLP advised Experienced Capital on its investment in Brasseries Nouvelle Garde, a catering group founded in 2019 by Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, which revisits the French traditional brasseries’ standards.

This €10 million fundraising was achieved alongside FrenchFood Capital, an independent growth capital fund, which is also reinvesting in this new round of financing.

With this investment in the food sector, Experienced Capital continues to pursue its investment strategy by supporting premium direct-to-consumer brands with strong potential that are shaking up the consumer market.
